Nova Scotia Power
(March 17, 2005) - TOWES is developing a custom profile and a custom TOWES
test for the Class II Power Engineers at Nova Scotia Power. We started
in December 2004 and the draft profile has been written and is now being
validated by HR experts at NSP. Once validated, work will begin on the
custom TOWES test for this group. The plan is to have the test available
in mid-April 2005. The purpose of this custom profile and test is to understand
fully the essential skills requirements for Class II Power Engineers in
order to inform human resources practices at Nova Scotia Power.
