Developing
Essential Skills Profiles
Developed to meet the standards of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada,
this 3 1/2-day course trains educators, consultants, and administrators to
develop essential skill profiles. Participants learn how to rate the complexity
of tasks and the methodology required to produce a profile. Participants also
receive a Bow Valley College certificate upon successful completion of the
course.
