"As a delivering Instructor for an Employment enhancement
development program, focused on multi-barriered and challenged
individuals, I found the ESD, on-line tool, along with the print
material to be a very useful and guiding tool.
The layout was very practical, the exercises were
reinforcing, and the overall experience from the perspective of the
training participants was generally acceptable.
Despite the low literacy levels of the participants, with
continued support and guidance, they were able to work through the
program layout, utilizing the on-line supplements, as well as
on-site, one-on-one support and direction.
The training participants saw the value of the process, and
it caused them to realize that much of the other program components
were a necessary part of the overall training program for them to
progress onward with their later training and additional education.
