TOWES Foundation is a reading diagnostic tool for clients
with lower level literacy skills. The purpose of this tool is to

foundational reading skills. TOWES Foundation was developed
based on the latest research into fluid and automatic reading.

TOWES Sharp measures literacy and essential skills at multiple
levels and is designed for employment and other high stakes
assessment. TOWES Sharp provides detailed and highly accurate
information pertaining to an individual's skills with sufficient
statistical details to support using the tool for decision making
purposes.
TOWES Target Coming Soon! - Available in
English and French
TOWES Target quickly pinpoints if a client's skills are above or
below the threshold between level 2 and 3. Level 3 is widely
recognized as the desired level for success in training and
employment; TOWES Target efficiently and accurately identifies
those who meet this criteria.
