TOWES Administrator Certification for Web-Based Assessments
TOWES maintains the highest quality standard for our
assessments. Our administrators are the backbone to our fair
and ethical practices.
All administrators of TOWES web-based assessments are required
to complete training program and certification process. The
training session will equip administrators with the information
needed to:
- prepare clients for completing their assessment
- navigate and access the web-based assessment system
- arrange for appropriate hardware and technical support
- facilitate a web-based assessment session
- troubleshoot common technical issues
- complete administrative tracking
- access and retrieve results through the web-portal
- interpret results and debrief clients
- comply with TOWES policies and procedures
Following the training, administrators are required to
demonstrate a minimum level of competence with TOWES web-based
protocols.
