TOWES Production Assistant Wins 'Rookie of the Year'
We would like to acknowledge our Production Assistant, Fatma Suleiman, who recently won the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award at Bow Valley College. Each year, Bow Valley College awards prizes to staff who model a high level of customer service to our students, employers, and business customers.
Fatma was chosen as Bow Valley College’s Rookie of the Year from 11 nominees from various departments.
“Fatma’s personal integrity shines through in all her work,” said Janet Chariest, a TOWES test marker. “Although she has many markers and quality checkers to deal with, she makes us all feel individually important and special.”
Katrina Henderson, a project manager from Nova Scotia Trucking Resource Sector Council, was happy to say a few kind words about Fatma.
“Fatma always responds to each request in a timely matter,” Katrina said. “My results are always available when she says they will be. If I have any questions or concerns, she offers great advice and solutions.
“She has such a pleasant personality and is always gracious. I truly feel that if Fatma is as easy to deal with in person as she is over the phone, her daily duties must be impeccable.”
Lori Gray, a test marker, added: “When I read her emails, I always imagine her smiling.”
We would like to thank Fatma for her hard work and dedication to her customers, team members, and to Bow Valley College.
