Interpreting your TOWES Results
TOWES Results Reports are always distributed to your
administrator. At your assessment session, your administrator will
explain how results are distributed to you. Results are always kept
confidential and are only distributed if you provide consent for
your administrator or organization to have access.
TOWES Results Reports display your current literacy and
essential skills levels. The report will include examples of how
your essential skills relate to typical workplace tasks. The
report will also provide suggestions for building your skills.
You can use your Results Report to compare your skills with
occupational requirements. You are much more likely to
succeed at work if you have the skills needed for your chosen
occupation!
Visit the Essential Skills Profiles to view the required
skill levels for your desired occupation.
You can also add your Results Report to your resume to show
employers that you have the literacy and essential skills to be
safe, productive and successful at work.
